#### UI

* Closing a `position group` via `RFQ` no longer fails on a leg much larger than the group quantity.
* Default market for the Options, Futures or Spot screen can now be configured with `Settings`.
* `Calendar` and `diagonal` names now show each expiry next to its own strike.
* `Withdrawal` and `deposit` notifications now match the app theme, including light mode.

#### API

* Block trades and limit buys on far out-of-the-money options are no longer rejected for a price band of a few cents.
* Bug Fix: Fixed modification of triggered stop-limit orders bypassing the price band.
* `markets` and `market_summary` endpoints accept `asset_kind` and `base_asset` filters.
* Market summary greeks, implied volatility and rates now come rounded to a fixed precision.
