#### UI

* Transfers from `Robinhood Chain` now show the chain's name and icon in your transfer history.
* `Idle` isolated margin balances can now be moved to the main account from Portfolio.
* `Notifications` now collapse into a stack that expands when clicked.

#### API

* RFQ command results on the `rfq` channel now flag a failure that never reached the venue.
* Signing out no longer cancels your stop-loss, take-profit and TWAP orders.
* New isolated margin accounts and isolated margin settings are no longer accepted.
* Revoking a session now closes its connections and cancels its `algo` and `stop` orders.
