Strike listing

Strikes are dynamically classified based on call delta:

Wings< 0.20 or > 0.80

Strikes are automatically listed for deltas between 0.10 and 0.90, and the listing process runs every 8 hours at 04:00, 12:00, and 20:00 UTC.
