List RFQs

Lists the authenticated account’s RFQs, most recent first.

This is a synchronous read from the RFQ venue. It returns one unpaginated page of up to 100 RFQs. Each result includes the venue-issued RFQ identifier, lifecycle state, quantity, legs, counterparties, timestamps, and optional close reason. Venue state and close-reason strings are passed through.
